The Service offered Into the Island by the Proprietor allows the User to book entertainment services through an online booking calendar. All data acquired in this process will be strictly used for the purpose of booking. Such data may be provided through different electronic devices, such (e.g. websites, mobile applications, etc.) independently on the basis of the information indicated by the User himself/herself.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Due to COVID-19 all tours can be cancelled up to 48hs before the event with full refund, in case of cancellation 24hs before the event, the amount will be 50%.

To receive a full refund of the experience you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience begins.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins, you will not receive a refund.

No changes will be accepted in less than 24 hours.

Time limit parameters will be based on the time, in this case Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.

Bad weather conditions may affect the realization of the tour, so you will be offered another date or a full refund of the amount paid.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
